Description Oil on 3x3' canvas.

And now for something different. This was originally for a class I took last semester. The assignment was to produce two matching 3x3' paintings, but we had very limited time to work on them. The original colors were done in cheap acrylic craft paint because that's all I had time for, and I spent a good 2-3 hours a day on the darn things! Here's how it looked before the transformation: Paintings Before

Now that the course is over I am free to take as long as I like on these two paintings. I spent a lot of time giving this painting the complete overhaul that it deserves, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. I am currently working on the other one. I'm almost finished with this semester so I'll be able to dedicate more time to true personal art like fanart
