More of a scenery and practice picture than a showcase of different troops.

The top part of the picture is a scene from a battle between the New Hakkorian Empire and a tier-2 humanoid species who were commiting atrocities and conquering worlds a bit outside the NHE's borders in a way which thry saw as too extreme. Seeing as no other major recognized sovereign faction owned the area, they sent over a punitory battlefleet to stop the species' unwarranted treatment of their conquests. The Hakkorians showed absolutely no mercy, exterminating anything which fired at them after the initial warning declarations while making sure to avoid harming more civillians at any cost. Shown here is an atmospheric battle where Hakkorian Vanguard soldiers attack enemy fighterbombers face to face, taking advantage of the lack of enemy weaponry prepared for this kind of attack. Meanwhile, the NHE's own Unchained-class fighters make a mockery of the enemy with their omnidirectional beam emitters and phase-ramming tactics.

The trooper on the bottom of the image is a Kinetic Eclipse, a kind of Eclipse trooper who has mastered the forms of combative and utilitarian telekinesis and force manipulation (force with a small "F" not really like The Force in Star Wars) to aid allies and bring destruction apon the enemy. Similar to the powers of a Gravity Eclipse, the Kinetic Eclipse primarily manipulates and directs pure kinetic energy to whatever end he or she sees fit. In the image, the Kinetic Eclipse is using his abilities to force a large Promethean transport ship to crash down onto a large enemy installation. The armor of a Kinetic Eclipse is a more-advanced, more-streamlined version of the Kinetic trooper armor, which needs bulky gravitic manipulation systems to supplement their natural Kinetic abilities, whereas the Eclipse troopers, being the best of the best, can rely primarily on their powers and not as much on tech. A Kinetic Eclipse can manipulate and change the direction and pattern of kinetic energy, and only directly Kinetic energy. This means that they can propell themselves to flight and stay in the air by drawing in more kinetic energy to flow through them.in a certain direction, and rob incoming enemy projectiles and weapons of Kinetic energy, making them slower and less-lethal. This is not 100% effective with thermal energy, but it doez have an effect, as bullets and missiles will slow down if concentrated on by a Kinetic Eclipse. Useful for if someone's jamming your tractor beams and grav-weapons (and the real smart armies use a lot of ECM and interference). The armor of the Kinetic Eclipse is rated at a 4.32 SDV (standard durability value) due to the rank and rarity of such individuals, and also due to them having increased defense due to their powers. Kinetics work very well with gravity-based units, and can bolster the collision potency of allied ordnance and craft while hampering those same factors in enemies. The Kinetic Eclipse has an array of standard point defense measures.
