Description More Hakkorian specialized troop armor sets. Troops like these are typically-given more-powerful stealth, evasive, and shielding equipment to compensate for their less-extensive use of typical offensive weaponry or indirect means of inflicting damage.

Top left is the Data Eclipse, a cyber-warfare specialist and technomancer useful against advanced civilizations and mechanized or digital threats. Their abilities and technology can dominate and manipulate enemy mechanical objects to their own ends, and they are also as important in defending the security of Hakkorian technology and communications as well. They make their enemies regret ever having dared to use the advantages of mechanization while also ensuring that their own troops can do it safely and effectively. Another benefit of Data Eclipses is that they can be an effective tool to combat the influence of malfunctioning AI taking control over vital systems and rebelling against Human controllers, which though has not happened to the Hakkorians, is a common-enough realization in AI-using species that it is considered appropriately. The standard Data Eclipse has armor rated at 2.1 Eclipse SDB

Confessor Eclipse: A specialized soldier who excels in the field of breaking the enemy's willpower and retrieving information. They are typically-sent on missions to extract hard-to-aquire information from enemies or difficult sources, as opposed to the Veritas Corps, who use their mind reading and psychic domination abilities in an internal security role to preven infiltration. The Confessors are geared towards infiltrating and learning the secrets of the enemy. Their suits are equipped to aid in their primary task, and they are capable of some degree of hacking, though are more-proficient at taking information from sources with a psychic presence, which usually means sentient biological enemy individuals. The Confessor Eclipses can influence events indirectly, too, like seeing from scanners that an enemy is on an important meeting with their associates. In that case, the trooper will use indirect influence to modulate the thought patterns of the target until they act exactly how they want them to act, such as making them look extremely stupid or insulting to their allies. The enemy won't even know what came over them most of the time. The standard armor of the Confessor Eclipses is rated at 3.25 Eclipse SDV.

Firestorm Eclipse: These are soldiers who are the most-adept at mass-coordination of ordinance, oftentimes being assigned to lay down extremely-complex and dynamic firing solutions on the fly. As is appropriate for their role, Firestorm Eclipses are provided with advanced equipment linked to cooperative tactical servitors to make each trooper as capable of coordinating fire as a full-fledged capital ship in orbit targetting multiple enemy sites. Firestorm Eclipses are directly-linked to the Hakkorian psy-battlenet on a more-intrinsic level than most other units, allowing them to translate their tactics and plans from imagination into solid coordinates and calibrations in artillery and strike forces seamlessly. They are a more-indirect type of Eclipse trooper, though they like all others are trained to the levels needed in omni-situational warfare needed to be accepted into the Corps. The standard armor of the Firestorm Eclipses is rated at 4.36 Eclipse SDV.

For some reason, the guy from below reminds me a character from Warframe... it's been a long time I don't play that game

The level of detail in your drawing is certainly amazing, how long does it take you to complete one posture?

Thanks! I usually agonize over the exact concept for a few hours of indecision but when I actually manage to nail down the exact pose the details are done in 20-ish minutes for drawings like this.

I really love the Confessor name, it's quite interesting how the Hakkorians could employ such dangerous tactics like this, it makes me think of the possibility of a Confessor pulling the strings (almost literally) of galactic politics for their own gain, in fact, now that I mention it, I think I may have an idea for one ofΒ www.deviantart.com/decidingneb… Taniox's children, the Hakkorian one in particular, perhaps he could've been manipulating the Hakkorians as a Confessor for his father's gain

Well, I had the idea that they are kind of rare and would be trained to be loyal to the principles of the state to a fanatical degree and given oversight by other kinds of troopers (these aren't the only guys who they have who can mind-control people).
