I pretty much finished all the line work now I am adding the colour. This is just the base colour, but I thought I'd show of my WIP.~Lord Dragon Master
EDIT:
Pretty much finished her hair, I am working on the armour, I have to add more shine to it. Then is is really just her skin and minor details like the rivets.
Suggestions are welcome.

Well I've heard, "Never do black with a color. It makes the color look cheap and the black look boring." However I heard that on an episode of Doctor Who, so I don't know how valid it actually is. Nevertheless I do think the blue and white work best together.
If you are looking for color combinations that look good together just ask yourself, "Would these colors look good on a flag?"

I love colours going with black! Pink and Black are my favorite, but I am liking this shade of blue on Noelle.

Well that's just what I heard on a TV show. I think it doesn't apply to all colors, red especially goes with black(goth vampire), and pink works well(though it looks trashy).

Sorry, I meant that in a good way. As in they are sort of signal colors for someone who would very much like to do naughty things. Whereas pink and white has a more innocent edge to it.

You now have my very curious as to what Noelle would look like years down the line, after she completes her Domme training and has a status on par with what Victoria has now. I am not asking for a request, or even suggesting, just letting my curiosity get the better of me.

I was gonna make it another one of those extremely complex and over-buckle outfits, but this is kinda Noelle's signature look so I thought it needed to be on the cover.

There are no versions. That is progress. I started with the base colour and then started to work on the leather. Glad you enjoy the comic.

I found interesting that you in higher chapter you begin to chance the penal style.

Well the whole comic was just a tool to practice that took on a life of its own. Hence why my style keeps changing a little and I do different things like backgrounds and the fact that I started to add tones.

Love the right hand pic! Would be neat to see you introduce some touches of color like that into your comic.
I admit, though, I still find Noelle's hip things weird, and think she'd look much better without...

It is kinda of a catch.
The colour looks good on Noelle, which is good because this is the cover to the comic Vol.2
But if I add colour to anything in the comic it cant be printed and thus the cover is useless.
It cant be printed as a 200 page book with even a single colour page cost $70 instead of a B&W book costing $15

I like the blue lines on Noelle's costume in the right hand picture. They go very nicely with the shiny black.

Okay, im sure you answered this somewhere but... what are those things at Noelle's hips. And what are they for other than style? I've always wanted to know.

They are pauldrons. It is a type of armour. Noelle wears them to add more of a curve to her figure, that and she stores stuff in them. Think of them as big pockets!

Still not sure what purpose those turtle-shell armour pads on her hips are for. You'd think a girl like her would be more practical about such things....
