Somehow, I'm a little disappointed that the Germans lost the Race of Colonialism

They catches up only in the very last moments and taking only small patches of land in Africa.
I don't blame them, both the Prussians and The Austrians, and the United Germany
Since they are landlocked and can only have Port access in Kiel, Which is pretty much disputed region.

This flag is for the World where Germany (Prussians more likely) have Managed to keep up in the Race for Colonial domination. Where they have developed a "Raj Ruleship" like the British do in our own.
