I love your work personally so the picture already looks fantastic. So Let's dive deep shall we?
I love how you've mixed current modern warfare items with future items. The Marine's jump suit i'm not sure about but it's in true Halo 2/Halo 3 fashion. I also love how you transformed the Marines standard helmet into an OpsCore/Airframe style helmet with attachment bits on it for flashlights, cameras, Ear Pro, etc just like the OpsCore or Crye Airframe helmets do. The chin strap on the front most marine looks a little forward though I doubt that could be helped so no big deal. The Eye pro look awesome, I'm guessing it's a combat HUD type of things. Two things i would have added if I could. 1: MORE POUCHES. These are Marines and Marines love their ammo. Two: Diversify the Rifle Team here. Maybe a Grenadier and a AutoRifleman+AutoRifleman Assistant or even a Desiganted Marksman in the back.
The Landscape is great how it is. Hopefully we'll see some Marine room Clearing eventaully?

Me like this, composition is chaotic, passable for a warscene and interesting, also helps that Halo is an awesome series. Alas you've requested criticism, and prewarning- I photoshop very little- however if I were to say anything was wrong:
the explosion on the right feels like it hasnt been pushed into the picture properly, needs some blur around the bluish-gray area to fit into the background (could be wrong, idk if it has to be that steel-gray). Furthermore, I'm confused where the lighting is coming from? On the foreground marine, seemed to be shaded above helmet, marine on left has comparably different shading, just a flat line. Thirdly, one thing I find jarring is how the marines all feel copy and paste in the background, yes I feel they're varied in some ways, but they're all doing the same sprint time of posture in the same direction. Makes it feel like I am indeed playing Halo, but not witnessing a military event irl, makes the landscape appear flat (fair enough, gmod 
Personal gripe: If I were to do it (which i wouldn't, because I dont photoshop or use gmod), I'd personally keep the main guy out of the way, feels like he's blocking up and taking all of the space, if the intention is to show off a battlescene, you wouldn't want to have a semi-well rendered halo 2 anniversary marine texture smack bang in the middle, taking a third of the screen up. However that is just me and how I like art to look, not how it should be, you're obviously focusing on the marines here so hey strike that shit from the records ^
Overall it's still a well-put together piece, and u clearly know what you're doing, what I'm pointing out are not that big at all man, good job
