Description The Ghosts of the Havillands Estate, Matthew Havilland and his hunter Phoenix.
Here they are at night on the outer reaches of the estate at the hedge where the twin Oaks are. Beyond the hedge is Mr. Greenwood's Land and the place where Matt met his end.
Matt looks a bit lonely, he'd like to ride with some company again but he isn't sure if Phoenix would upset the other horses. Animals are very sensitive to the paranormal.
Matt might have a quiet word with Gareth and see if this could be arranged. Meredith isn't scared of anything!

This is really lovely. It has a wonderful still, quiet feeling, and Phoenix looks almost like a sentry

Thank you, I am really stupidly pleased with how it came out. I was going for that blue shadows in the moonlight type lighting effect (Comes from years of standing about in fields as Girl Guide, stargazing on camping trips.) That blue/white moonlight is really something, you don't really get to experience much true darkness here, there are too many sodium lights.

Aww, this looks soo ghost-ish and amazing and I have to admit I just love it!

I was following a nice tutorial in Imagine FX about making things look like they were glowing. That's how I did the glowing effect round Phoenix.
Bunny gets to the be the only realistically coloured thing in the picture to get everyone's feet back on the ground.

Matt is anchored to the Havillands estate, but he can leave and travel if someone takes his red jacket off the site. Matt will have to be really nice to Gareth if he wants to travel away from home. Gareth will put his jacket in a bag with his own things. Phoenix won't overload the horsebox, he doesn't weight anything.

Thank you, I was going for a bit of a retro look with them- hence the standing martingale-
The picture needed some colour so Bunny is keeping vigil with a real candle.
