Whoa...staying up that late, doing actual *work* on a computer??? How long has it been since I've had to do that?
She really ought to have some coffee, or at least energy drinks, close at paw.
Here's what I'm thinking about the burglar...is it someone familiar to Cowtech? More specifically, does this rascal know that Bobbi has a good deal of security experience? He's got to be skilled, though, to be able to loosen two screws from the opposite ends and not have them fall to the floor - which would certainly alert Bobbi, since she's apparently directly below the vent!
If all goes well for this sneak-thief, though, will our office-bound wolfess end up with at least one missing pump?
I think the middle panel came out just great. That upward perspective can't be easy to pull off!

Yeah, I probably should have drawn a cup of coffee for Bobbi. Then again, maybe she's developed an aversion to drinking coffee due to subconsciously associating it with having her shoe stolen after a previous incident.
The burglar is not someone familiar to Cowtech; he's a character specifically created for this comic. He is very good at what he does, and he has done his homework on this facility, so he does know what a danger Bobbi is to him. That being said, I didn't intend that the vent would be directly over Bobbi's head--it was supposed to be a bit further back and its placement in the last panel was a mistake, albeit an inconsequential mistake.
I don't want to drop any spoilers here, but I can say that at least one of Bobbi's pumps will be coming off again later!
I think the middle panel came out OK--it's something I couldn't have done when I had less experience. I kind of think her snout should have been drawn a bit longer, but that might have looked even weirder, despite being more accurate.
