This is great!

I have to say, I think the part of this that stands out more than anything, is the Ram. The sheer amount of detail that you put into the chips and how they're connected to the PCB's...amazing!

lucasa7x In reply to FMHQBattousai [2012-02-17 23:42:27 +0000 UTC]

Thank you friend!
I'm glad you like it

Really the hardest part to model was the RAM, there are lots of small pieces and details to consider!

FMHQBattousai In reply to lucasa7x [2012-02-18 04:31:49 +0000 UTC]

Well you did a great job.

I would not have had the patience for that much detail! haha

Mc-Rony [2012-02-17 01:04:22 +0000 UTC]

wicked dude! I would only say that the blacks on the power cable, are too black!

really cool work!

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

lucasa7x In reply to Mc-Rony [2012-02-17 01:21:39 +0000 UTC]

But, what the problem with it?
My laptop power cable is very black, like that cable above, I don't see any problems with it.
Anyway, thanks for the critique, it's always very welcome (:

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Mc-Rony In reply to lucasa7x [2012-02-17 01:32:38 +0000 UTC]

blacks are probably the hardest colour to get in CG. Thus said, in the overall comp we can barely see the highlights not mentioning the area without direct light, which extends into not enough information for our eyes. There is always indirect illumination and in this case, the blacks on the plug of the cable are just completely wiped out.

it's just a humble opinion.. you're welcome.

Yeah, I understand it.
Again, thank you for the constructive critique

Meu, vai dizer que não? Ah, você usa algum tipo de textura?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

lucasa7x In reply to Ikro2009 [2012-02-17 00:22:59 +0000 UTC]

haha valeu (:

Ikro2009 In reply to lucasa7x [2012-02-17 00:56:25 +0000 UTC]

Eu acho meio complexo texturas...

lucasa7x In reply to Ikro2009 [2012-02-17 01:29:33 +0000 UTC]

Ikro2009 In reply to lucasa7x [2012-02-17 02:14:49 +0000 UTC]

Deve ser muito massa fazer tudo em 3d!

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

lucasa7x In reply to Ikro2009 [2012-02-17 02:18:44 +0000 UTC]

Eu amo 3D, e adoro lidar no 3ds Max! haha

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Ikro2009 In reply to lucasa7x [2012-02-17 02:26:52 +0000 UTC]

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

lucasa7x In reply to Ikro2009 [2012-02-17 02:30:16 +0000 UTC]
