As Granny Smith searched around Sweet Apple Acres for a lost recipe, she found something else she lost... A picture frame containing one of the few photo's of her beloved daughter and son-in-law, Big Mac, Applejack and Apple Bloom's parents.

The photo was taken in the time they just started falling in love. The stallion normally was the stud around the farm, tough and macho, but when he saw the shy apple-pie baking filly, he lost his tongue. The only things that came out of his mouth were: "EEYUP." and "EENOPE."

My version of the Apple parents
Here they are as old as their children now. I tried to mix them as good as possible. Big Mac got most of his looks from dad, but his shyness and coat from his mom. Applejack looks like her mom, but is a untameable and adventurous like her dad. Apple Bloom got most of dad's colors but mom's eyes and rounded mane (while AJ and BM got pointed hair like dad).

Here dad looks as shy as his son, but he really isn't, only when he truly is in love like here :$ While mom was always afraid to get dirty, dad wasn't. He teached her how to have fun outside, even in the mud, and so, they fell in sweet sweet (apple) love

Sadly, according to Lauren Faust, the Apple parents died. I don't know how, but I think because of some sort of accident, just after Apple Bloom was born. This screams for a fanfiction

They don't have names yet, though I keep calling them Jack and Honey. Maybe Applejack is named after her father? And Honey could be Honey Smith (after her mother) or Honey Blossom, because that's a pretty name c:
