General Kurukuru Daiza is a veteran soldier, formerly of Tarbine Armed Solutions, and the current Head Officer and General of the Shé Huā Industrial Guild’s Public Safety & Weapons Development Division, responsible for civil protection amongst the city’s population and their primary military body. Flashy and cool-headed, if brash and motormouthed as well, Daiza is a formidable opponent with his own suite of military cyberware and years of combat experience under his belt.

Though a rooster, Daiza acts more as the Guild’s bulldog. He believes that warfare brings advancement and wealth at the cost of blood, and that the old and the weak are doomed. This has put him in Zhang Xiao Ru’s good graces, as he believes that strength as a concept is something to be aspired to. However, his past experiences during wartime have left a profound impact on his psyche, leaving him with chronic nightmares and an obsession with becoming strong enough to never be weak or hurt again. This has also led him into the heights of social power as well; flashy clothing and vehicles, a flamboyant appearance - outwardly flaunting his cyberware - and spending his personal war fortunes on the frivolities of life, as well as amassing a small fan base of party-goers in the Red Strip. To him, money and blood are both legal tender, and he aims to ensure both flow like rivers under him.

A vicious opponent, his body is reinforced with military-grade cyberware. Unnaturally-strong and quick on his feet, he fights with an aggressive mix of street-brawling and razor-sharp claws at the ends of his cybernetic hands. His left arm deploys into a enchanted high-frequency chainblade dubbed “You Are What You Eat”, capable of stealing physical traits from its victims such as speed and resilience, while his right contains a six-barreled rotary cannon dubbed “Permanent War Economy” - alternating between laser beams and plasma bursts.

Like many in the galaxy today, Daiza is bisexual; one of his only real glaring weaknesses is his susceptibility to people who catch his exacting eye regardless of gender or sexuality, often becoming sheepish or flustered around people who he finds particularly attractive.
