"Popstar” Ming is a confirmed member of the new Shé Huā Triad, currently holding the rank of Deputy Master - the second-in-command, directly underneath the Mountain Master. From intergalactic immigration records, Ming was born on Carcek II under a different name and lived in relative poverty. He was abandoned as an infant to an orphanage, and stayed there until the age of 13. Tragically, his adoptive parents were killed during a daemonic attack on Carcek City, before the Skyllian Imperium was able to clear the forces of The Eight from the planet. He and most survivors of the attack were sent to Metsutan as refugees, where he was able to find a job as a dock worker.

From what little intelligence we’ve gathered, the Red Poles of the Shé Huā Triad seem to both respect and fear Ming. He’s described as being cold and efficient; punishing failure and insubordination while rewarding diligence and success. However, he appears to suffer a level of emotional detachment from his experiences as an orphan, possibly due to undisclosed emotional trauma. He also appears to have cybernetic augmentations to his body, to an unknown degree. He is considered very dangerous, and no attempt to apprehend him alone should be made.
