Most people don't even know why incest is bad, they just blindly accept that any thought of it is bad.
In this case "fourth cousin twice removed by a fifth" is about four/five generations of difference. They share the same great-great-great-great-grandparent(s), while also having a generation of difference on one side.Β To say they are related is akin to saying cherries and durians are related; they are both fruit, and that ends the relation.
It's crucial information that a lot of people don't know, plus it's a simple google search away. I'm totally fine with the ship, personally.
