x.x i hate how easy those blades break, but they work alot better than a thick hacksaw blade.

Great job on the pierce work! Just looking at it makes me tired. However, it looks to me that you could have done a better job polishing this; why do something like this without doing a high polish (plus, copper is easy to polish)? You also might want to add some patina to highlight the shape. Overall, though, good job!

That is one heck of a piece there! I'm a fan of it! Its huge! I especially like how it's 'holding' the onyx piece, that's a very subtle but nice touch.

This was my first piece from a jewelry and metalsmithing class I took. It probably has about 50 hours in it. I only made 3 pieces in that class (all copper) but I have worked with steel some too. Thanks for the comment.
