Another year. Sorry it is late. I had trouble wanting to finish last night. I did not even want to do it because of such conflicting feelings. There is so much going on in the world and I can not imagine it being something to be peaceful about. There is no peace because there are injustice and hate. Our world is on fire (literally). All my hope for peace is haunted by current events, though I try to remain undaunted that we can get through this.

We stood so united after 9/11, but even then we held hate in our hearts for those that hurt us. Still, we were brothers and sisters that were not divided by our political parties and a leader who stood for hate and discord (though this can be debated). If you truly want to remember 9/11 and honor the lives lost...respect one another. Set aside the nonsense political crap and stand together and see what is going on in our society. Otherwise, your remembrance of this day is nothing but empty and meaningless.

Our Black brothers and sisters are in pain. They need us.

Our Poor and sick need us.

Our Country NEEDS us.

Remember 9/11 by doing what is right. Not fighting one another and belittling. My sister was an amazing, kind, and loving person. She accepted everyone.

I hope what I have to say reaches your ears. I am sorry what I have to say this year is not all about 9/11 this year, but I can not be selfish and allow more pain and hate spread.

Like always, thank you for being here. So many of you check in on me every year and it means the world to me. In fact, I look forward to seeing you too. I know I don't post here a lot like I used to...but a lot of the times I'm on instagram or my art discord.
