This is...awesome!

I love the fact how he's just staring off into the distance. And the big puffy tail, let's not forget that.

Like you, I'm one of the very few people on dA who draw sheep anthros. I applaud you.

My first thought was, "Is he watching over a flock of humans?" ...but I'm like that...

He looks like a very thoughtful character. Many responsibilites he must have and working with them. nice piece.

i like the seriousness of his face and the awkwardness of his body. the shapes of the face are just great.

BABE

YAY for obscure references that have nothing to do with a picture!

You always have such life and personalities to your drawings. This wee sheep boy looks like he has a story to him, and I want to hear it!
I'm not sure what it is, whether it be the outfit or the colours, but something about it gives me a feel of a foreign country, like an eastern european land, but I don't know why!

What an adorable sheep boy! He looks so cute and huggable...and the bell he's wearing is a really nice touch! Also, I really like the paper you use to make this drawing on, it has an interesting texture and gives the drawings a nice look to them

This is wonderful. <3 I love the way he's peering out over the hill and the subtle coloring adds so much!

Black-faced sheep! I love that breed. ^^ And I can tell it's male too, in spite of it being a sheep. Cute little tummy and hair too.

The opening section focuses on a very rural family in the middle east. There are two brothers who herd to family's goats. It was just the first thing I thought of looking at your deviation. Theres even a part where one of the boys sits under scraggly tree on a hillside. Bleh.

Luve, have you ever heard of Hans de Beers' series of Little Polar Bear books? They're adorable.. and your style really reminds me of him. (:

Sheeep! ;; Aw man Lauren, this is like the best ever. Whenever you see drawings of anthro sheepies, they're usually girls! It's nice to see a scuffy little boy sheep for a change. :]
