Only a few short days of #Funguary left…so for today, we have the Split-gill Mushroom!

Seriously, have you ever seen one of these fungi?? They look like big, feathery fans, and are just so pretty! Apparently, some kinds of split-gill mushrooms are edible (and are another kind of mushroom that can be made into tea) - but not all, weirdly enough. In all honesty, I’m not 100% thrilled with how I drew the mushrooms here; I think I’d try drawing them a little differently if I had the chance to do it again. I still think it turned out okay, though - and since I’m absolutely obsessed with those fancy, feathered carnival costumes, you know I HAD to put this girl in one of those and use these shrooms as the plumes! Lol!
