Finished contest prize forThis was an interesting creature to draw; I just hope I got it right. I had a bit of a hard time with it.
Done in colored pencil on cardstock.

I was in my digital photography class and saw this so i printed it out and drew up my own sketch of it.

Shockingly enough it came out quite well. I can't do shading nerly as well and i stick it black and white sketches. Let me know if you care to see it.

She's a dragon, my character called Nokami, although I haven't decided whether she has wolf blood in her, so you might be right. In general, I call her a dragon though.
