Once a rogue he was accepted into the Kifalme Clan as the leader just happened to be looking for a loyal male, one mistake she made was not learning of his history which in the end led to her being killed by him from their daughter's orders proving to both himself and the daughter that he was much more loyal towards his precious princess than his wife.

They managed to take over the Pride Lands from a small group of lions, though Shujaa never got to see the end result as she had been killed mid-mission. Some time later he had been killed by the lioness Hasara, mother to a young male cub and their heir.
