They all look like they would be in the same project. I guess it's the colors. like the Red, Blue, and Yellow ppl were the good guys. The pink, a princess obviously, and the orange is pink's bodyguard or something!.

Really digging the mono-color scheme (ie. mostly red/blue/yellow) you're using for all of them. Gives them all a unique distinct feel.

I could ask questions like, what that white patch is on the left one's nose is, why the gun toting one has bandages outside her clothes, or how the one in the middle can lift a shovel which looks about his size, but I'd sound nosy.
The Asian princess-looking one is my favourite. She pretty. :3

The characters seem to all be well differentiated between by class & color. They all seem to have their own personality & attitude as well. If you've got a description of what the game was supposed to be like for them, or perhaps the story-line, I'd love to read it!
