Yup, pretty much... ahaha and I'm one of those people who look at personalities instead of at "how often they appear together/insult each other". Of course, I wouldn't mind a bit of interaction between my favourite pairings but... eh, what can you do, right?; Though, the first time Burn and Ryuuji interacted in Inazuma Eleven was when it just... struck me. It was such an "ah, why didn't I consider this before...?" when they exchanged a few words in the Fire Dragon match! Actually, the game goes a bit further, and they talk after the match, the two of them. In the presence of Gazelle and of Inazuma Japan, but it's just the two of them talking, for some reason... I was so happy when I found out haha.
And yeah, Chrono Stone is the second season of Inazuma Eleven GO... and it's weird, for all I've heard of it so far. ...very weird even lD
To me more than them growing up (oh dear lord all the possibilities for my favourite characters' futures...) it's more of... kinda why I didn't watch about half of third season of original Inazuma Eleven until way later, just skipped straight to the last episodes. I... want my favourite characters back, that's all. Just Ryuuji didn't cut it in GO for me because sob he's almost always with Hiroto in it, I think. And my favourite InaGO character, Mitsuyoshi, I don't think he appears in it ever again either so... it was like that with InaIre, when Ryuuji and Burn disappeared, I kinda stopped the will to watch new eps for a while ;;
