The item must be 50m within radius and can only be transferred within a 50m radius, it also cannot exceed his weight; the heavier and bigger the item is, the more difficulty he'll have transferring it and the more stamina he uses. Items leave 'pixie dust' after being transferred. (Pixie dust is just regular, green coloured dust. It has no magical properties and it's simply physical evidence that his semblance has been used and the switch has been made)

** AN: wow, I'm sorry-- I just realised my drawing doesn't make the whole design clear-- but the bullet comes out at the end of the blade. So, if you can imagine, the barrel of the gun is embedded within the blade. [I hope that made sense orz]

★ [P E R S O N A L I T Y] Horatio is a rather playful and happy go-lucky guy, with a terrible tendency to prank others, finding the reactions of his ‘victims’ to be priceless. He’s very cheerful and optimistic and is usually found with a smile on his face. He’s also very friendly and enjoys meeting new people and making friends. Due to his very friendly nature, Horatio has become quite the flirt and finds it quite fun to toss compliments to the people he meets, although he does this quite often, he means every single compliment and wouldn’t lie about it. Horatio can also be very overprotective, this is mostly because he's an older brother and he cares deeply for the ones he's grown attached to and fond of. He's also a very determined person and, to put bluntly, is the type who will jump off of a building just to prove a point. Despite how bubbly Horatio can be though, he can also be rather serious and will enjoy silence every once in awhile, knowing when it’s absolutely necessary.

Due to how he was raised, Horatio is a gentleman and has perfect manners although he might slip sometimes and forget them [on purpose.] In addition to that, it was also because of how he was raised that he became rebellious and a notorious rule breaker.. although he does understand the importance of rules, it is more often than not that if some have been broken, he is guilty. He’s hard headed and very impulsive and may or may not need a leash.. sometimes. Another thing about him is that he’s not exactly the biggest fan of responsibilities and pressure due to some rather horrible experiences with them.

Despite all of this though, Horatio is, quite unfortunately, not too open about his personal thoughts as well as his feelings. This, again, being the result of how he was raised. He was raised to believe that if he opened up to others, he would simply be a bother, and so he has a tendency to hide any negative emotions he has by being his usual, typical, cheery self.

★ [H I S T O R Y] Horatio was born into a wealthy and powerful family, his whole life planned out for him before he had even opened his eyes. His parents were quite proud that their first born was the perfect baby boy, and they knew that they had to groom him into becoming the perfect son, the perfect heir. Because of this vision, his parents had become painfully strict with him, monitoring everything he did and making sure that he, and his tutors followed a well thought of schedule. Horatio wasn’t exactly the biggest fan of this as, ever since he remembered, he always had a strange love for fun and adventure (both of these being quite taboo to his parents), this love only getting stronger once he had come across a novel called ‘Peter Pan’. Day after day, whenever he had the time, Horatio would go read the many books in his family’s library, the stories in the books becoming the adventures he assumed he would never be able to go on.

So it went on that he would be constantly monitored, his parents quite happy with his development so far, as he had successfully managed to hide his love for adventure. Then it was on the year that he had turned 10, that his mother gave birth to twins and he was given the responsibility of becoming the perfect role model for his new brother and sister. The responsibilities, however, did not end there and more were thrown his way. Eventually though, he had gotten quite fed up with how things were, his parents’ plan backfiring terribly as Horatio became quite the rebel. He began taking an interest in the world of adventure he was banned from, finding out more about the Grimm and the Hunters and Huntresses that fought them to protect everyone else, and it was after seeing one in action that he knew that that was what he wanted to be. Horatio knew that he would have to study to become a Hunter, and he also knew that his parents would never agree to it, and so, he devised a plan to get what he wanted.. and fast.
Horatio became the complete opposite of what his parents envisioned him to be, a playful, risk-taking prankster; basically, himself. He left home every day in search of adventure and would come home and tell his siblings all about it, and although it didn’t phase his parents at first, they soon began worry that the other children would turn out like him too as they were quite fascinated with the stories he had to tell. They agreed to send him to a boarding school, Horatio being quick to suggest Haven in Mistral. They quickly agreed to it, and sent him packing.

Haven was pretty great at first, and he was glad that he was finally getting what he truly wanted… but being surrounded by people from his walk of life wasn’t exactly much of a change in scenery. This convinced him to go look into other places, doing his research in between classes. It was by the end of his 1st [and only] year in Haven that he discovered Pharos Academy. It was a school with a pretty good amount of students, less famous as compared to the other schools, but the education he would get was top tier, everything seemed great to him and he was determined to transfer for his second year.
