@neon she's called Red aka Hot Red aka Swingshift Cinderella from Tex Avery cartoons... Related to Jessica in some ways because Tex Avery was a big inspiration for the Roger Rabbit movie ..

I collect everything Jessica and Tex Avery's Red Hot, so I liked painting them together
Actually I started collecting Jessica but along the way someone pointed me to this classic tex avery girl, and I found out she was a big inspiration for the creation of Jessica... same sexiness in character and design.
Watching the complete Tex Avery collection I found a lot of sexy look-a-likes and dressed up versions of Red Hot.. And very recently she was brought back to live in 'Tom&Jerry meet Sherlock Holmes' a fun direct-to-dvd animation yet there the girl isn't drawn as cute as in her golden age ... I'm practicing those character designs a lot and this is a rare 'finished' one
