I made these two like four weeks ago, but finally decided to post them. Presenting Princesses, Iris and Akari. Iris is the daughter of Princess Avatar Korra, and Akari is the daughter of Princess Twilight Sparkle!This is how they will look like in the upcoming story "The Journey of Iris". Officially, Iris is fourteen-years-old and Akari is thirteen.
BTW: the name Akari is japanese meaning "light" or "shimmer". Her parents wanted to give her a name that was indigenous to Korra's world, since Korra and Mako named their daughter after a rainbow Equestrian flower.
Fun fact, in greek mythology, Iris was known as the goddess of the rainbow and served as the bridge between the mortals and a heavens. She was often depicted as a rainbow *cough* Rainbow Power *cough* Elements of Harmony *cough*, and in some occasions a winged woman....*hint, hint*

Mako is indeed Iris's father, and Asami is her aunt, since in this AU she married Bolin.

No, was never a big fan. I was writing LPL while the show was still going, so I wrote new chapters after the new episodes were released. Even with book 4, I already had planned the Makorra wedding WAY ahead of time and was waiting for the season to end so I could write it. I didn't know the Varrick and Zhu Li wedding would happen either, so I just worked around it and, I honest to God had no idea korrasami was going to happen. At all. Zippo. Nada. Also, from a writing standpoint, it didn't make sense to me, but that's just my opinion.
I hope i was clear enough, because I'm still rather terrified of openly sharing my thoughts on korrasami, even after all this time. It's why I don't talk about it unless someone personally asks me. I hope I conveyed my words alright, and thank you for asking nicely. 😊
