Do NOT ask me how long this took, or I shall strangle you all.*gasp!* I submitted a new deviation, really? and it's only a doll? How disappointing for you all! Guess you'll have to deal with it and the fact that I love ponies. So many pretty colors and too much cuteness!
Would it surprise anyone that Pinkie Pie's hair was actually the easiest to make? You start out with a bunch of spheres with various lighting, then scribble them up a bit so they're not perfect and... well, maybe I ought to just make a tut, if anyone wants to know the very fine details on this. Rarity was, of course, the hardest.
Lovely, lovely base provided by [link] mild edits (mostly eyes, but also lip color) done by me. Please, respect me and do not steal this! (This IS adoptable, but do nOT post it up anywhere without special permission!)

Haha, it's all circles shaded so that she looked like she had bubble gum hair, thn I tweaked some pixels in each level of shading so it wasn't round bubbles anymore... more or less it. ^^

The hair shading is phenomenal! I really like how luxuriousness the hair is of the girl on the far right. Also, the shading for denim is great as well.
