Description Whew. It took me forever to figure out how I was going to this, but I did it!

I'm trying to do different techniques for every pic in this series . . . so they don't all look the same (plus it's more fun hehe).

Hmm not really much to say . . . winter is my least favorite season (I can't stand the cold and I hate the dark ), but blue and black are my favorite colors . . . oh well.

Three down, one to go!

This is beautiful. I love how the sky is rippled, and the land is so smooth and cool. I really love this piece.

The entire landscape really flows together in this one, gives it a misty yet somehow calming effect. I sure wish winters could get this colorful though.

i like this..even though it's dark and somewhat eerie, it gives off a soft and calming effect as well did you use colored pencils?

I'm not usually very fond of landscape paintings, but yours just... manage to really pull me in. o_o I really really like this.

The cool colors set such a calm, almost eerie mood... I'm just completely drawn in by it. I can almost feel the cold depicted here...

What i like most about this picture, though, is the flowing lines/strokes in different directions....like how the sky's got angular, diagonal strokes while the snow beneath it contrasts with wavy, flowy strokes.

Winter's my favorite season. D: i love the dark & cold. xD

Wow thanks! The sky was a bit of a risk but I'm happy with how it turned out, and I'm glad it has a calm mood . . . thanks again!

Lol. I do find it one of the more inspiring seasons, though, I like cool colors.

wow, it looks really good. The water looks real and has a glowy look to it, I like it. It also looks kinda like you are on a beach or something. I like how the mountians are shown and look rocky and the trees look like you played with liquafy or chrome to get the shape

Love the composition of this piece. Beautiful use of colors. While the colors are dark...you managed to prevent your piece from looking gloomy. Great blending.
I especially like the lines used in this piece. They give it a sort-of mystical feel.
No suggestion for obvious reasons...

Squeee! It's finished! Wow Liz this was done quick and it still looks awesome! Wowthat was a good idea making it nighttime :3 I don't know you you always manage you blend the colors perfectly its so amazing to me! In other words another Ingalls master piece!
