I know I need to correct the arms a little bit, they looks sort of awkward- but I'm not sure how to fix them exactly. I mostly want anatomy tips but honestly any feedback you can give me would be appreciated.
ALSO If anyone has tips for doing digital paintings more efficiently (or resources) I'd love to hear, because my process is a little messy right now and I never really seem to do it the same way twice. Thanks so much!

(...also I accidentally erased a toe and I'm too lazy to fix it so just ignore that bit....) (.............also I know this isn't realism but it was the folder that applied the most...)

I like the colour choices and the style works well even though maybe a few cast shadows to make the main light direction clearer could make it look more dramatic.
Anatomy wise I'd perhaps make her shoulders a bit slimmer (unless you go for a more muscular look) and perhaps recheck her right leg with a reference...i feel like it could not properly originating at the hips.
gesture wise it could have worked with a bit more cartooning, in my personal opinion.
I don't know how i feel about her leaning over so strong to the left with no indication that she's leaning against something. Perhaps it would have worked better if you've moved the upper body a little bit more to the right so that the gravity point is more over the left leg? try to give the spine a bit more of a curve perhaps?

After having a look at your gallery, I think the gesture is actually the main thing you can work on to make your images look more appealing.

I'd try to think more about the line of action and how the character contributes their body weight. It's a difficult topic and it definitively takes some practise but i think it really could help leveling up your figure drawing.
Perhaps these tutorials could help.

I love love love this piece! The colors are so warm and inviting and I adore her expression.

If there is anything that I was suggest fixing, the arm on our right is a bit longer than the other, I would extend the one on our left and make the other one shorter.
