Description
A Bday present for'Neferuaat' from her 'Incubi Umbrae' series (a very fun read).
I wanted to portray her in a more mature, voluptuous way, gratuitous 'artistic license' has been taken but Annie said she's okay with it, lol.

Thank you, just choose an off white color, do some basic 'burn' brush shading and then go over it in zigzag motions with a blender brush at 50% capacity....instant fur!

It's a Gyrinx, usually kept as pets by Eldar (pretty much cats with mind-powers in the Warhammer40K universe).

Looking good Mako! I'm liking your take on the Gyrinx. The flowing, water like mane fits the Elder aesthetic better then the short stubby one that GW has shown. LOL

Very gorgeous. First time I've seen a gyrinx portrayed in another color besides the ginger/amber lynx-like mix. :3 I sense a bit of egyptian mix in this as well--am I correct in that with the lines and gold/blue tones in the frame-work? I know she's a fan of thousand sons so I had to ask if perhaps that was tied into the piece. X3

*mind is blown from the sheer awesomeness of it* Neferuaat looks hawt. This is why I endorse artistic license. The hair, the eyes, and even down to the cold blue of her lips. The only thing that's missing are the blue- and black veins running over her body, but damn! I love the Mucha approach to this piece. And Argos, eeeee!!! *head explodes again* Always imagined the Gyrinxs to look like that, very xenos felidae. 
I do believe her 'father' would throw a fit if he saw her running around in such a fashion. "Cover up your hair! Why is your back exposed? No sorceress of Tzeentch should be seen thusly!"
