it's because he's called "Blue" in the American releases of the games. When Pokemon first came out in Japan, they got Red and Green versions, with Blue version appearing as a third title...but over here, we just got Red and Blue versions.

huh... don't get me wrong, I'm sure the grass one is cool, but I've always been a pyromaniac in my soul, like last week a friend of mine's girlfriend gave us some Justin Beaver CDs that she didn't want anymore so we put some thermite on them & stuck them in a microwave, the thermite made the light show even cooler! oh, have you ever read the manga Rosario to Vampire? I thought WHCG did because sorceress cassandra was dressed as Phantom dark and I thought she was dressed as Mizore, stil goot cosplay too, I is a big fan of you all!
