This is a character from TomoyoIchijouji's Pricess Tutu fanfic Princess Tutu: Chapter of Bird [link]
Since the author wasn't very specific about the character's cloths I took some liberties with it and here it is. Since it was mentioned in the fanfic that Takako's name is based on the Japanese word for "hawk" or "tako" I based the character design on a red tail hawk. The rusty brown color of her skirt is suppose to resemble the red tail that give the raptor its name. The bottle on the right is an item that plays an important role in the fanfic.
