I've always loved monsters, ever since I was little, so when I started roleplaying Vampire: The Masquerade I was immediately attracted to the clans Nosferatu and Gangrel because of how hideous they could appear. With this group I went crazy and drew inspirations from all sorts of pop-culture, to portray the Nosferatus as diversely fugly as possible.

I really like it too. The good thing with that one is the freedom imagine what it actually looks like, what exact deformities the curse of the Nosferatu has given the poor creature. The scarf also allows for some speculation, because it was probably very important to this vampire in life.
