By far the fastest drawing of Batman related characters I've ever drawn; Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot A.K.A. The Penguin. For this one, he's a mix of the Arkham City style with the Batman Returns style. Also gave him the bushy eyebrows to make him look a bit like an owl.Related content
