Finally I had the time and fantasy to draw something new!!
It's part 1 of my 4-Part Dissidia Figures, who could be, but aren't in Dissidia.
For Final Fantasy XII Protagonist I choose Ashe for a better Person in Dissidia than Vaan, cause she is the Queen of Dalmalsca and the Sword of Kings (left) and Sword of Pact (right) are Plot-Elementary Weapons fit to her.
Gabranth, representating the Imperial City Archadis and Ashe, representing the Desertkingdom Dalmasca - I think both of them would be worthy opponets cause its the Main Plot of this game.
Her Costume is Weapon-EX-Mode based, so instead the whole Costume, just the Weapon will change into the Sword of Pact. Her EX-Burst would be the same as in Final Fantasy XII, with a bit changes, and like from Gabranth, three "Concurrence"-Finisher Level 1: Ice, Level 2: Water or Earth, Level 3: Light - to oppose the Elements from Gabranths EX-Burst.
I tried to draw this as much "Nomura"-Like as possible, I really hope you like it!
It was also very nice AND challenging to draw her Costume for the first time, but to finde these both Weapons in good quality was a pain in the @ss, but somehow i managed to find some good ones as reference!
there could be issues and incorrect lines, so please forgive me~ x3

I loved Ashe in FFXII... she's a girl that was willing to avenge her love only to find her actions would bring consequences. Great picture. Great work dude.

I like her design and her sad smile. She was my one and only choice for the Protagonist Role of the Dissidia Cast, since she is the living Person who is connected with the Dynast King Raithwall.
And I pity her because of her love, who died too early... Rasler D:

I think she knew this would not help to bring Rasler or her Kingdom back, but I think that would not matter in the moment of Desperation.

I only wanted to draw Ashe for Dissidia because Judge Magister Gabranth stands on the Side of Chaos, so I don't intended to push Gabranth away from his place.
The Judges have a more higher roll in the whole game then Vayne himself, so I think he fits perfectly for the villian.
After all it is Gabranth who is used for the official Logo for Final Fantasy XII!

Well Square Enix had a huge loss because of piracy. And it were billions of dollars "stolen" by piracy.

She's more of a main character than Vaan will ever be, anyways.

I didn't write that I hate him - his Quickenings are way Awesome - but Ashe fits better for Dissidia in my Opinion!

why would vaan be in dissidia anyway?
Dissidia FF is a cross over fighting game yes, but story wise he wouldent fit in at all.
the games about each heros struggle with their villan. if FF12 had been involved in the storyline Ashe would have been the hero and Vayne would have been the villan.
why?
because of their conections with eachother.
Vaan wouldent have made sence because he has no conection to vayne what so ever, whare as Ashe has a personal hatered for him due to him being responsable for the death of her father, as wll as him trying to take over her kingdom
Vaan has no involvment in the games main story line what so ever, hes just 'there'.
having him represent FF12 would be a poor choice in my personal opinon

you know thats actualy true, both Vaan and Penelo were last minute additions to the games storyline, the origonal character was oriognaly going to be bach. but SE's owner fealt he was far too old for that, so it was to be switched to ashe
just as the storyline was about 80% compleat, wanted two new characters added, a younger male and a female to be his friend
thus vaan and penelo were born

Ehm - you know that this was my own Idea of what I would like to see in Dissidia - after all there wasn't any protagonist for FF12 so where is your problem now?
I can't force Square Enix like "PUT HER IN THIS GAME" - if they would include someone, then they will decide.
Its just my Opinion and this conversation wasn't meant to be because it really does not interest me (like I have written in my artistcomment - no B*tching about "Why not Vaan!? D:")
And just for knowing: Vaan is not the main character of the game - the player just sees the Story from his side, and you can see in the story that he is more a follower - not the leader.
So please - I won't discuss about deciding for Ashe instead of Vaan.

You know what I think about Ashe (Blechschlampe desu XD) - but you drew her so cute. I love the pose, the details on the clothes, and especially the both swords. Really great job on the coloring, also the lineart turned out awesome! I'm looking forward to color it with my Copic Markers

also this would make sence for a match up, since Gabranth both murderd her father and once served her kigndom.
so her hating him for the murder of her father and the betrayl of her kingdom would make it work for the games main story

The game is totally awesome and I finished it in extreme 670 hours - with all secrets and everything which was possible to make!
Now I wait for the game release in September in Europe - they have changed some things since the Japanese release!!!
