This is one of two pairs I made for a charity auction. The winners picked out the shoes and comics they wanted and I made them.I used two issues from a resent reprint of The Spirit (they were not rare or valuable) I don't remember the issue numbers.

I liked it a lot more than I thought. I'd only ever heard of the movie before I made the shoes. I read the comics before I started working and they were really fun.
