The picture is near perfect, I enjoy the composition and the soft background focus along with the red & green against the white snow works well the small details like the owl is great finishing touch.
The only down side bows they break the colour scheme some what also they change the shape of the face which detracts from the final photo.
Would say that over all I feel the photo is a good shot and I like it, your eyes are excellent and help make the final expression of the photo come out with the feminine mystique.
