Yes this is Juliet, is from the tragedy of William Shakespeare

This work is a gift for my mother, and my goal was this character be as a cartoon style and overall like a renaissance painting.

Tools: Photoshop Cs3 + Wacom intuos 3 around 1 week work.

This is so beautiful. I love the beauty that shines from Juliet.
Her eyes are done with sheer beauty and from the the beauty passed to her face.
Within her eyes though, I can see a sadness that is sort of masked through the soft brightness of their color.
Her dress is delicate and the color is awesome. It suits her well. The color of the stone balcony pulls it all together. It makes her stand out in every way.
As usual, another beautiful painting for me to get lost in.
