Booya! New sketches!

The first ones about this concept of "Mirkwood Queen" (here: marineelphie.deviantart.com/ar… ) weren't satisfying to me... I wanted her to have some Legolas features (sticking to the movie version that is to say "some Orlando Bloom playing Legolas features" X) ), and here I'm much more happy with her face. I really didn't want to make her a girly version of Legolas, as you see on the colored sketch, her hair is totally black and her eyes grey, almost purple, nothing like her son. But I took some details here and there to render a look of filiation: for instance her lips, very thin and with a veeery sliiiiiiiightly prognathous chin, and the pattern of hair growth...

With an extra mini Thranduil on the left side for fun! ^^
