é, acho que está bom, dá pra entender. Só que está bem, bem poético. Se quiser, tem outras formas de organizar uma frase dessas. Você podia usar "mais do que tudo" para simplificar e soar mais bonito, porém claro que tem haver com o contexto ("tudo" seria uma soma de todas as coisas).

e o modo como você coloca pode passar impressões um pouco diferentes

ex:
Para mim, você é mais do que tudo / Para mim, você é mais do que qualquer coisa
(destaque em ser "para mim")

Você é mais do que tudo para mim / Você é muito mais que qualquer coisa para mim
(ordem mais comumente usada, com tanto efeito quanto)
nota: usei "muito" pra ficar mais romântico >//<

Você para mim é mais do que qualquer coisa
(meio incomum, soa mais poético, culto, um tanto dramático como se fosse recitado em um poema, "ohh")

nota2: tanto "mais do que" quanto "mais que" é certo.
nota3: se for bem informal, pode usar "pra" em vez de "para".
alternativas: você é tudo pra mim/você é a coisa mais importante pra mim

(e, se isso te ajudar no futuro, brasileiros costumam optar por frases simples...)

então... hm... depende da situação!
