It's a great rendition of the sons of Feanor! It's interesting how so many people automatically have Maedhros wearing red and Maglor wearing blue. I'd also like to know, as many others, how this was created! Maybe it's a good idea to add these things in the picture description.

Also interesting that I just looked at this and knew you had to be a Russian artist. Many of my favourite illustrators are Russian. For some reason, you guys have a take on Tolkien, especially the Silmarillion, that fits it really well.

Thank you! Yes, there's a large number of Russian (plus some Polish and Czech) illustrators that I love. Iwan Bilibin is one of my greatest idols.

I agree with this! There's also something about Polish artists that is somehow visually identifiable. They is some super-skilled Slavs over there.
