I like the contrast of black and yellow -- makes it etherial.

gorgeous. the yellows are striking.

that's awfully golden for 8:30 in the morning. is your time set correctly? not that it matters....

What time zone are you in? I can't remember off hand.

But thanks to the prolonged daylight savings time this year, it's 8am before the sun rises now here. It's great - sunrise for lazy people!

i'm central.

yeah, it's still a bit golden morning light late (before daylight saving time kicks in), but not 8:30. lately, sunrise is about 7. with the change next month it'll be closer to 6.

Yep, thus is life right on the edge of the time zones. I lived in Alabama in grad school, and winter was about as depressing as it got, pitch black by 5pm in the afternoon. Auburn is right on the edge of Central Eastern. Atlanta isn't on the border, but it's not that far. If you went further east in Eastern time zone, sunrise would be closer to what you're used to.

When the time changes, I'll miss the late light, but I'm tired of waking up in the dark.

Wow! I Love the colour and the sillouhettes (or howver you spell it).

I assume this was taken late afternoon/early morning?

Great work!
