The Series VIII R426 PSR is a charged partile rifle that is designed generally for anti-explosives purposes. It fires quick high yeild plasma bursts which not only disables enemy equipment, but also delivers a lethal electric surge into any nearby enemies. If the energy yeild is increased enough, this bad boy can be used for anti-vehicle purposes. In all this is somewhat used as an EMP platform.Developer: Sanders and McDouglas Weapons Corps 3021
