It is this tapestry of the galactic economy upon which rests the power of the banking clans. Because of this, they will endure. While every other force in the universe might chase grand ideals or feeble dreams of might, the clans will only ever strive for hard, calculable value. The names of the victors of galactic history will, inevitably, be written in gold.
