DeviantArt allows you to tuck away deviations that you don't want your followers to see, as well as manage their visibility and interaction options, which are listed in this preview image below:

Listbox A
The dialog has two tabs, one for displayed deviations (unstored):

andnd another for stored deviations, which are not visible to the public:

To store a deviation, check the box next to the deviation you wish to store:

You can also select one of the options in Listbox A to be applied to the selected deviation(s).

To unstore a deviation, go to the Stored Deviations tab and select the deviations you wish to unstore:
