Another Shadowgirls fanart piece. I made a Charron piece last time so this time I made one of Rebecca. I used this as an excuse to practice painting straight into the computer.This one is also the right dimensions for a 1680 x1050 wallpaper. Hit download to see the full size.

I'm trying to. I like using both the blending and the outlines, but on the nomad piece I'm working on I'm trying to use the blending but no outlines.

i always like the look a "no-line" picture has, because in reality lines dont exist, still great job man i love this one

Thanks. Actually lines do exist, just now the way they're often drawn. Lines are implied shaped created by a sharp contrast in value.

Most define lines by their graphic definition, but lines exist in an implied form in reality. Now since this is jargon, you'll find that many people define it differently, just as different branches of science call speed by different names.

Her eyes are pretty big but shes cute. I like her.

Her eyes are big in the comic too. The artist has a bit of an anime flavor added to the comic style.

On a side note, have you gotten my notes I sent. I think I sent it on April 1st and I'm wondering if people thought I've been trying to prank them.
Also, which comic store do you go to? I'm looking at a list of places within reasonable driving distance but I'm not shure which store to pick. (if they have the comic drawing paper all the better.)

One was a link to a video tutorial where I had my A HA moment with this style of painting in the computer. I think I sent some others to more comic people's profiles. One of them was an inker, I can't remember his name at the moment.
