Description Wanted to portray a wooden motte and bailey from some archaeological reports I had been reading suggesting a more wattle and daub building technique being used....and then got carried away, as usual.

It's good you resisted to put some horned helmets in. Just recently learned there have yet to be archeological findings of actual horned helmets; which stereotype started around 1800 without any ground....Horned helmets would also be a hindrance in battle, for a variety of reasons......
