Description These dangerous Australian cryptids are known to live amphibious lifestyles, hunting prey near shore (for food or for the fun of it). The weird thing about them (well, aside from being cryptids) is that only their front half is covered in water-proof feathers, and their back side is scaly like a crocodile. Their resemblance to beavers is completely accidental (who would have known that a mix of a otter/big cat front half and a platypus-like tail would look so much like a beaver)
