I wanted Anna to be the opposite of her sister Elsa; Sort of a second side to the same coin. I pictured them going to the same party or event and how different they would each dress. Where Elsa is modern, sexy and authoritative, Anna is more cute, vintage and quirky. She is definitely the more approachable of the two sisters.
Her hair and makeup was inspired from Taylor Swift (a few years ago). Her outfit perhaps, is much bolder and exciting than Elsa’s. Anna isn’t as concerned with everything matching. She likes it bright and cheery. Also, I used her jewelry as a way to emphasize that her character represents Spring.
