The Merced was running over it's banks full time this year, and I can't even begin to imagine what next year will be like if we get anything close to the rainfall we had last winter.I stood and watched the falls and enjoyed the tranquility of this scene long after I was through shooting this image and some small video clips.
Yosemite never fails to deliver.

There are still plenty of times throughout the year where the crowd is small or non existent⦠even when crowded, Yosemite is still awesome to be in. I hope you get there!

That's good to know because I'd hate to think that all the sacred "untouched" parts of the world are being swarmed with tourists
