In the story, Blaine gets into a horrible accident. His mind regresses back to his fourteen year old self. To before Dalton or anything. Back to when he hated his father. Back to when he was tormented and bullied. He awakes in the hospital, not being able to remember the people who claim to be his husband and his children.
The girl and the boy are Blaine and Kurt's children. Elizabeth and Elijah.
