I'm envious of you, for me coming up with interesting poses (and ideas in general) is the hardest part, but you always do it so well!

Thanks ^__^
Yeah, I find that fog is often a good way to make the BG more subdued, so it doesn't distract from the main picture. And grumpy faces are more interesting ^^

Hello,
Thanks ^__^
I use Corel Draw 10, I never tried the illustrator, but I suspect it's similar (at least that's what people say) so in theory Illustrator should be capable of making same pictures. I don't know what "meshes" or "vector layers" are, I know what layers are in general, but I use them to separate large scale things, like background and some such... For gradients I use a large number of objects (maybe they are called vector layers in Illustrator, I don't know), I draw them crudely in roughly a shape I want the gradient in but if there is a lot of them overlapping the final results tends to look pretty good.

Thanks, I like rainy pictures, I feel they are, somehow more interesting then my regular fare ^__^ But rain does give more detail and texture, I guess, plus it provides sort of a "plot" to the picture

ItΒ΄s very well drawn, I always wanted to ask about your current drawing style, where did you get the idea?, or how did you get inspired to use that style, it looks a bit like manga style, but itΒ΄s mostly very...realistic!!

Well, that's sort of how I got it. I tried to use anime style, but then I often attempted to draw real life objects (such as clothes mostly)

I'm pretty sure I based that hair on someone in real life, possibly you ^__^

lol but my hair isn't like that...? well not exactly in any case. Sometimes I really wish I had short hair because it's cute but then I'm like "but it took me forever to grow it oooooutttt!!!" >__<
>> I did finish crocheting this really cute octopus lol 6_6' and now I'm starting on a turtle. It's gonna be for my friend Ashley (remember her?) It's the turtle Tama-chan from "Love Hina" XD

Well, the hair was more of an "inspired by" rather then exact copy anyway ^^ my memory isn't good enough...
